We understand that life brings unexpected illness, emergencies, and urgent conflicts. We kindly request at least 24 hours advance notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your session.
To change your slot, simply message on WhatsApp at +91 73820 64040 with your Tracking Code and preferred new date. Sravya will provide the next available opening.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or missed without notice may result in forfeiture of that slot, as that dedicated time cannot be offered to another person awaiting care.
